Returns Policy

You are entitled to return any items purchased from flouncyflouncy.co.uk within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused with labels and packaging intact. To make a return, simply email flouncyflouncybingley@gmail.com. You will then be given a return code. Please ensure this is written clearly on the outside of your package and include the return form supplied. Once repackaged securely, send to the below address. Please note that you must cover the shipping costs.

You will be notified via email once we process your return. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach your account, and will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges currently. We advise that you return the incorrect item as above and place a new order for the correct item separately.

Faulty items

If goods shipped are faulty, we’re really sorry. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please follow the returns process above, making sure to select the applicable ‘Reason for Return’ option on the return form. We are happy to cover the shipping costs in these circumstances. Please hold onto your postal receipt and get in touch via our contact form so we can refund the cost
