General Information

We are an independent online boutique specialising in ladies’ fashion.
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is no longer available.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Shipping

Standard delivery is free on all orders over £50.
Orders under £50 will incur a flat-rate delivery charge of £5 UK only. Other areas or countries maybe more expensive and will be advised at check out where possible.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
Please email us at flouncyflouncybingley@gmail.com prior to return to obtain a return code to be included in the packaged return. Without a code items can not be returned.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
As a small independent business, we are unable to cover return postage costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings, lingerie, and swimwear cannot be returned.
Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit, not a refund (unless faulty).
